LCBA’s Ben Weber Comments on HB391

Conserve Our Wetlands

LCBA President Ben Weber describes the impact of water access on Louisiana.

Ben Weber is the president of the Louisiana Charter Boat association and came to Baton Rouge to comment in support of Representative Kevin Pearson’s House Bill 391.

He describes why he won’t take his daughter to fish in the marshes surrounding Leeville, due to the dangers posed by landowners running out anglers at gunpoint (from publically flowing water).
