UPDATE: Senator Allain issued an apology on his Facebook regarding his comments during the hearing.

This video is of Senator Brett Alain as he comments on HB391, a bill securing the freedom to go fishing on public water.

You should know Senator Allain is a landowner who opposes HB391 and, towards the end of the video he threatens more gates if inshore anglers stand with HB391.
